Scheduler

Scheduler is a web based appointment Booking & Tracking application.

• For organizations:

  • First, register your organization

  • Add each service that your organization provides

  • Update each service working and closed days,

  • Update how many customers the organization can serve in a given time interval

  • Can view all applicants phone number and name of each day

• For Customers

  • Customers can search any available organization in our system

  • Select any service they want to book an appointment

  • Select Month, Day and Time you want to book

  • Insert you Full name, phone number and submit the form

  • Then you will get appointment booked successfully confirmation page

  • Print or take a picture of that page with you while you go to the office
